Lubuski 7 Year Old Gin 40% – Distilled from botanicals sourced from Lubusz Land, an ecologically protected area of Poland. This particular bottling spent seven years(!) in a combination of both oak and chestnut casks. Fever Tree tonic & Citrus

Beefeater Burrough’s Reserve Edition 2 43% – Small batch gin from Beefeater’s ‘Still Number 12’ (James Burrough’s original copper still with a capacity of just 268 litres) aged in ex-Bordeaux wine oak casks, both white and red. Neat over Ice

Hayman’s Gently Rested Gin 41.3% – Hayman’s Gently Rested Gin was first distilled by hand before it was rested in Scotch whisky casks for just three weeks. Fever Tree Ginger ale & Citrus 

Piston Douglas Fir Gin 42% – Created in a collaboration with Harborne Kitchen in Birmingham, a fresh, foresty and somewhat wintery spirit. Fever Tree tonic & Grapefruit

Wayfinder Original 40% – A rather handsome gin here from the south of England, blending citrus and juniper simply but elegantly. Fever Tree tonic & Citrus

Hussingtree Tonka Bean 40% – Shining a light on the nutty, vanilla-y tonka bean for this gin! Tonka beans have been steeped in the distillery’s own Juneberry Gin, which showcases another unusual botanical. Fanta or Neat & Orange

Collesi Gin 42.8% – A very stylish Italian gin made with a selection of botanicals including cherries, walnuts, hops and rose, among others. They also use water from Monte Nerone, helping its Italian roots to shine. Fever Tree tonic & Berries

King of Soho Variorum 37.5% – A lower ABV, 37.5%, with addition of natural strawberry flavours. Fever Tree Mediterranean tonic & Berries 

Jinzu Gin 41% – The spirit is created in Scotland and infused with a botanical mix including coriander, yuzu, of course juniper, angelica and Japanese cherry blossom. Japanese sake is then added to give Jinzu gin a very unique and pleasant character. Try it neat! Or Fever Tree tonic & Citrus

Etsu Japanese Gin 43% – This fantastically floral expression features a selection of botanicals from Japan, including tea leaves and yuzu. Try it neat! Or Fever Tree tonic & Citrus

Cheshire Gins Pink Prosseco 37.5% – Light, fragrant flavour profile, with a tangy twist of strawberry along the way bringing some sweetness to the party. Add 125ml of Prosecco for £2

Ginato Pinot Grigio Gin 43% – Sicilian citrus and Italian Pinot Grigio grapes! Lots of white fruit notes to be enjoyed thanks to the addition of the grapes – perhaps a gin for wine lovers…? Try before you mix!
